We offer employer listings and optional Premium features (such as priority placement and application routing). Workers may view listings and submit interest or applications.
2) Payments
Payments for Premium access are processed through Stripe. Pricing is listed on our website and may change over time. The purchase is a one-time seasonal fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3) Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at /refunds.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, or using the service to discriminate or violate laws.
5) Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings, compliance with labor laws, and handling hiring decisions. Shore Central does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
6) Worker Responsibilities
Workers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for confirming pay, schedules, housing, and job conditions directly with the employer.
7) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that listings will result in hires.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shore Central will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to Premium access will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
