REFUND POLICY
Shore Central Jobs & Info sells a one-time seasonal Premium access package for employers.
Refund window:
If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund as long as Premium access has not been activated for your business listing.
After activation:
Once Premium access has been activated and the listing has been upgraded, refunds are generally not available because the service has been delivered.
Exceptions:
We will always work with you in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or verified billing errors.
How to request a refund:
Email support@shorecentraljobsandinfo.com with your business name and the email used at checkout. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
